Connectors
Every connected system, what the model can do with it, and how to connect it.
Connectors give the model read-only tools against your systems. Connect them on Dashboard → Connections: each row opens a panel with a sign-in button (OAuth) or a credential form. Personal connections serve only your requests; shared ones (admins only) serve everyone in the organisation. Credentials are encrypted at rest and every connector is read-only.
| Connector | How to connect | What the model can do |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail | Google sign-in | search mail, read a message |
| Google Calendar | Google sign-in | list calendars, events in a window, event details |
| Google Drive | Google sign-in | search, read Docs, Sheets, Slides and text files |
| Postgres | connection string | list schema, run a read-only query (guide) |
| GitHub | personal access token or OAuth | search issues and PRs, read an issue, search code, read a file, list repositories, commits |
| HubSpot | private app token or OAuth | search contacts, companies, deals and tickets; record with associations; notes; pipelines; owners |
| Help Scout | My App ID and secret, or OAuth | search conversations by text, customer, tag, status or mailbox; full threads; customers and their history; mailboxes, folders, users, tags (guide) |
| Xero | OAuth | invoices and bills, contacts, reports (P&L, balance sheet, aged receivables), bank transactions, accounts |
| Twenty CRM | workspace URL and API key | objects and fields, query with filters, get a record |
| Slack | user token or OAuth | search messages, list channels, channel history, a thread |
| Notion | integration secret | search, read a page, query a database |
| Linear | API key | search issues, get an issue, teams and projects |
| Jira Cloud | site, email and API token | JQL search, get an issue, projects |

How the model uses them
The system prompt tells the model what each connected system is for ("warehouse: a database of operational data; call the schema tool, then query by email, order id or date"), and agent mode is instructed to cross-reference by default: a question about one record is treated as a request for the full picture, so identifiers from a ticket are looked up in the CRM, databases, billing and email before answering.
Identical connector calls within a short window are served from a cache so agent loops do not hammer the same API. Results are anchored into the memory graph, so the second time anyone asks about a customer, Memtro already knows the basics.
Connector sync
Some connectors also crawl recent records on an hourly timer (HubSpot, Help Scout, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Google Calendar). The last sync time and any error are shown on each connection; "Sync now" runs all of yours immediately.
OAuth availability
Token and API-key connectors work everywhere. OAuth buttons (Google, HubSpot, Help Scout, Xero, Slack, GitHub) appear where Memtro has registered an OAuth app for that service; otherwise the panel shows the token form.
