Yours, not ours
- Model providers
- Requests are sent to the providers you hold keys for: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, Meta and the others on the Providers page. Each is bound by its own terms with you, and its retention is its own; Memtro never resells tokens or adds a provider you did not choose.
- Connected systems
- A connector reads your CRM, ledger, mailbox or warehouse with credentials you supply, and writes only where you grant an action. Those systems process your data under your agreements with them, not ours.
- Slack, as a client
- If you install the Slack app, Slack delivers the messages that mention Memtro and receives its replies, under your Slack agreement.
