Free trial and subscriptions: every organisation starts with a 7-day free trial (card on file via Stripe), then $50 a month; cancel any time from Billing or the Stripe portal. New sign-ups go through an onboarding flow: join by invitation or create an organisation, then start the trial.
Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is required on every password account; magic links were removed.

Memtro is the new name; the platform moved to platform.memtro.com and this site launched at www.memtro.com. API keys now start with sk-memtro- (older keys keep working), the request extension field is memtro, and tools are memtro_*.
Jobs: scheduled actions created from chat or the dashboard, personal or shared, with run history and reports saved to a chat.
Per-fact memory scope: the extractor classifies each fact as shared or personal under the request's scope; personal statements never supersede shared facts.
Proactive cross-referencing: agent mode looks up the identifiers it finds in a record across every other connected system before answering, and ends with a line per system consulted. Agent-mode requests routed with auto never land below the middle rung.
