Terms of service
The agreement between you and Memtro for using the website and platform.

These terms govern use of the Memtro website and platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Memtro provides a hosted memory and tooling layer that sits between your applications and third-party model providers. You bring your own provider keys; usage of those providers is governed by their terms and billed by them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions taken with your API keys. Organisation owners and admins control shared resources and membership. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide and the data read from your connected systems. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf (store, process, retrieve and display it to you and your organisation as you have configured). We do not use your content to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to access systems you are not authorised to access, to connect credentials you do not have the right to use, or to interfere with the service or other customers. Scheduled jobs must respect the terms of the systems they read from.
Third-party terms
Connected systems and model providers have their own terms. In particular, Anthropic's consumer terms restrict the use of Claude subscription tokens outside Claude Code itself; using a Claude Code token in Memtro is your decision and your responsibility.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features and will announce material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
