AI for marketing agencies, across every client account
An agency's day is spent in other people's accounts: a Google Ads account per client, a Meta account per client, GA4 properties, Search Console, the CRM the leads land in and the project board the work is tracked on. Memtro connects to them and answers the questions that cross them, so the Monday report writes itself and a client's question gets a cited answer the same hour.

Every client's campaigns, spend, leads, content and invoices answered from one memory, with every figure cited to its record.
The systems these questions draw on, connected to one memory. Every connector reads by default; the tools that change something are granted by name, per team.
What it looks like today
- 01The weekly client report is copied by hand from five tabs, and a number is wrong once a month.
- 02Spend lives in the ad platforms and the leads it produced live in the client's CRM, and nobody joins them.
- 03A campaign whose cost per lead doubled on Tuesday is found on Friday.
- 04Which client asked for what, and what was promised back, is in the account manager's head.
- 05A new account manager inherits twelve clients and none of the context that came with them.
- 06Scope creep is invisible until somebody adds up the month's work against the retainer.
What Memtro does about it
One memory in front of the systems you already pay for, reading by default and acting only where an administrator has granted the tool by name.
- Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, the client's HubSpot and the CMS, reading by default; HubSpot can also create and change records when you grant it.
- Ask how a campaign did and the answer joins spend to sessions, conversions and pipeline, with cost per lead worked out and each figure cited.
- Daily syncs turn campaign performance and search rankings into events in memory, so a trend is already there when a client asks.
- Promises made on client calls are kept as a commitments register and checked against the work tracked in Asana.
- Schedule jobs: the Monday report per client, a daily check for campaigns whose cost per lead doubled, a monthly look at which pages gained or lost rankings.
System by system
What Memtro reads in each part of the stack, and what it may change there once the tool has been granted.
Advertising
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Microsoft Advertising, one account per client: campaigns, ad sets, spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. Read only — bids and budgets stay in the platform, with a person.
Analytics and search
Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Plausible and Umami: sessions, conversions, queries, rankings and backlinks, read beside the spend that moved them.
The client's CRM
HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive: where the leads landed and what became of them, so cost per lead can carry on into cost per customer. HubSpot can create and change records once granted.
Site and content
Webflow, WordPress, web search and the web scraper: what is published, what changed and what the competition put up this month.
Email and automation
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io, Marketo Engage or Account Engagement: sends, opens, clicks and the flows behind them.
The agency's own business
Asana, monday.com or ClickUp for the work, Xero or QuickBooks Online for what has been billed, so a client question and a margin question use the same memory.
There are 144 connectors in all, each with its own tools, its own permissions and a page of its own. Browse every connector →
Who asks what
Account manager
Opens the week with a brief per client: what ran, what it produced, what was promised on the last call and what is still outstanding.
Paid media lead
Watches every client account at once rather than one tab at a time: pacing against budget, cost per lead against its own 30-day average, and which creative carried it.
SEO lead
Asks what gained and lost across clients this month, from Search Console and Ahrefs, with the pages and queries named.
Agency owner
Sees the book: which clients are profitable, which have gone quiet, what is unbilled and what was promised that nobody has started.
The agency month
- 01
Monday
The report job has already run: spend, leads and cost per lead by channel for each client, last week against the week before, posted where the team reads.
- 02
Through the week
A daily job flags any campaign whose cost per lead doubled, so a bad Tuesday is a Tuesday problem. Client questions are answered the same hour, with each figure cited.
- 03
The client call
A brief per client before the call, joining the campaigns, the pipeline and the work in Asana. What is promised on the call is kept as a commitment and checked later.
- 04
Month end
What was promised against what was delivered, rankings gained and lost, invoices raised and unpaid, each as a question rather than an evening of copying.
Ask it like this
Plain English, from chat, your editor, a scheduled job or your own agent. In agent mode each question also checks the other systems that know about the same people, companies and references, and the answer ends with a line per system consulted.
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
Every figure in the answer cites the record it came from, and the run ends with a line per system consulted.
- ›Which campaigns across all clients have a cost per lead more than double their 30-day average?
- ›Which of Acme's landing pages lost rankings this month, and for which queries?
- ›What did we promise BigCo on last Thursday's call, and is it in Asana?
- ›Which client ad accounts are pacing more than 20% ahead of budget with a week of the month left?
- ›What did organic search bring Acme this quarter against last, by landing page?
- ›Which of our own invoices are unpaid at 30 days, and who owns that relationship?
- ›Summarise everything we did for BigCo this month, for the report
Work that runs itself
A job is a prompt the agent runs on a cron schedule as its owner, with their tools and connections. Say any of these in chat and the job exists; every run's report is kept in a chat you can question.
- schedule:Every Monday 08:00: spend, leads and cost per lead by channel for each client, last week against the week before
- schedule:Every day 09:00: campaigns whose cost per lead doubled against their 30-day average
- schedule:First of the month: pages that gained or lost first-page rankings per client, from Search Console
- schedule:Every day 08:00: client ad accounts pacing more than 20% ahead of or behind budget for the month
- schedule:Every Friday 16:00: commitments made to clients this week, with whether the work exists in Asana
Questions people ask
Can it change bids or budgets?+
No. The advertising connectors read campaigns, spend and results; changes stay in the ad platform with a person. Nothing in this set acts.
Can each account manager see only their clients?+
Yes. Connections are granted to named teams, so a client's ad accounts and analytics are visible only to the people on that account, and personal memory never leaks into the organisation's.
Does it replace the reporting tool?+
It replaces the assembling. The figures still come from the platforms; Memtro joins them, cites them and posts the result where the team already reads, on a schedule you set in a sentence.
How do we add a client?+
Connect their ad accounts, analytics and CRM as shared connections and grant them to the team on that account. Nothing is usable until the grant exists, and the connections come out as cleanly as they went in when the client leaves.
Whose access does it use?+
The access the client already gave the agency: your own sign-in or API credentials for their accounts. Remove the credential and the reading stops that moment.
Can clients use it themselves?+
If you want them to. A client contact can be a member in a team that sees only their own connections, with their own token allowance. Most agencies keep it internal and send the output instead.
