EasyPost + Memtro
Quote, buy, track and refund parcels through the carriers an EasyPost account has connected, at that account's own rates.
Quote, buy, track and refund parcels through the carriers an EasyPost account has connected, at that account's own rates. Reads shipments and the rates held against them, parcel tracking and the addresses on file; can also buy a shipment at a rate already quoted, request a refund for one, request refunds by tracking code and start EasyPost tracking a parcel when you ask it to.
What you can do with EasyPost in Memtro
Ask in plain English from chat, your editor, a scheduled job or your own agent. The model picks the right EasyPost tool, reads what it needs, and answers with the source cited.
- Quote a parcel across the carriers this EasyPost account has connected: what each would charge and how long it would take.
- Shipments on this EasyPost account, newest page first: where each was going, whether it has been bought, what it cost and its tracking code.
- One shipment in full, including the rates it is currently holding with a rate_id for each…
- Where a parcel is: the carrier's current status and its scan history, from an EasyPost tracker.
- The addresses stored on this EasyPost account, or one of them by id.
These tools change something in EasyPost. The model is told to use them only when you ask for exactly that, and an administrator grants each one by name to the teams that may use it; a personal connection acts only after its owner allows it.
- Buy a shipment at a rate that was already quoted, which spends money on the EasyPost account
- Request a refund for a bought shipment's label, which the carrier may refuse
- Request refunds by tracking code for one carrier's labels
- Create a tracker so EasyPost follows a parcel
Where it fits
Teams that get the most from EasyPost in Memtro, with the rest of their stack attached.
- OperationsMonitors and digests that run themselvesJobs are prompts the agent runs on a schedule with the same tools as their owner. Create them in plain language, get the report in a chat, pause or change them in a sentence.
- SupportAnswer tickets with the whole company behind youSupport teams spend their day switching tabs: the ticket in Help Scout, the customer in the CRM, the order in the warehouse, the invoice in Xero. Memtro reads the ticket and does the switching for them.
- FinanceAsk the ledger questions in plain EnglishXero, Stripe and the warehouse answer through tools that read by default, and Xero can raise a draft invoice or record a payment when you ask and an administrator has granted it. Duplicate charges, aged receivables, revenue by segment: one question, with the figures cited to their source.
Better together
A record in EasyPost is rarely the whole story. Connect the systems that hold the rest and the agent cross-references them by default, then remembers what it learned so the next question starts further along.
Also in Shipping and delivery
Using something else for the same job, or both? Each connector has its own tools; connect as many as you like.
How to connect
- 01In EasyPost, get API key (EasyPost → API Keys. Keys are per environment and the prefix says which: a test key begins EZTK, quotes and prints labels that cannot send a parcel, and spen…)
- 02Enter the API key on Dashboard → Connections → EasyPost, as a personal connection or a shared one
Chat in the dashboard, the OpenAI-compatible API, scheduled jobs, and any MCP client: Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Claude Desktop. The EasyPost tools are the same everywhere.

- Can Memtro change anything in EasyPost?
- Only when you ask, and only what it has been granted: buy a shipment at a rate that was already quoted, which spends money on the EasyPost account; request a refund for a bought shipment's label, which the carrier may refuse; request refunds by tracking code for one carrier's labels; create a tracker so EasyPost follows a parcel. Every other tool reads, searches or lists. The Connections page labels the tools that act, an administrator grants each one by name to the teams that may use it, and a personal connection acts only after its owner allows it.
- Who can use a EasyPost connection?
- A personal connection serves only your own requests. A shared connection serves the organisation: everyone, or only the teams an admin chooses. Admins can always add shared connections; other members need the permission.
- Does Memtro store my EasyPost data?
- Credentials are encrypted at rest. Tool results are cached briefly so agent loops do not repeat identical calls, and the facts the model extracts are saved to your organisation's memory with provenance (system, record and link) so they can be checked and superseded.
- How do I connect EasyPost?
- API key. In EasyPost, get API key (EasyPost → API Keys. Keys are per environment and the prefix says which: a test key begins EZTK, quotes and prints labels that cannot send a parcel, and spen…).
