Pipedrive MCP server
Pipedrive in any MCP client, through Memtro: Pipedrive does not publish this server. Memtro's Pipedrive connector reads Pipedrive through its API with the credentials you connect, and one endpoint hands those tools, every other system you connect and Memtro's memory tools to Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop or anything else that speaks Streamable HTTP, as you.
What the model can do
CRM: search people, organisations, deals and leads; read deal, person and organisation details with notes and activities; pipelines, stages and users; can also create a person, an organisation, a deal or a lead, keep their details up to date, schedule a call, meeting or task and mark it done, add a note, and change a deal's stage, value, owner or status when you ask.
Reads
pipedrive_searchSearch Pipedrive by name, email, phone, deal title or organisation across persons, organizations, deals and leads.pipedrive_list_dealsList deals newest-updated first, filtered by status, stage, owner (user_id), pipeline, person or organisation.pipedrive_get_dealOne deal with its organisation, participants, notes (newest first) and recent activities.pipedrive_get_contactOne person or organisation with its deals and notes (organisations also list their people).pipedrive_activitiesActivities (calls, meetings, tasks, emails) for a deal, person or organisation, or across the company filtered by owner, done state…pipedrive_pipelinesPipelines with their stages (ids, names, win probability) and the account's users, to translate stage/owner ids and to filter deals.
Acts, when you ask
These change something in Pipedrive. The model is told to use them only when you ask for exactly that, and each one is granted by name: per team on a shared connection, by the owner on a personal one.
pipedrive_create_dealCreates a deal in Pipedrive.pipedrive_create_activitySchedules an activity in Pipedrive — a call, a meeting or a task.pipedrive_add_noteAdds a note to a Pipedrive deal, person or organisation, where whoever next opens the record will read it.pipedrive_update_dealChanges a Pipedrive deal — moves its stage (by name), sets its value, hands it to another owner, moves its expected close date, retitles it…pipedrive_create_contactCreates a person or an organisation in Pipedrive — the record a deal, a lead, an activity or a note has to hang off before any of them can be made.pipedrive_update_contactChanges a Pipedrive person or organisation — renames it, sets a person's email address, phone number or employer…pipedrive_create_leadAdds a lead to the Pipedrive leads inbox — an enquiry nobody has qualified yet.pipedrive_update_activityChanges an activity that is already booked — marks it done, moves it to another date or time, changes how long it runs, its subject or its note…
Connect it
First connect Pipedrive on Dashboard → Connections, then add Memtro to your client once. The Pipedrive tools appear alongside the tools of everything else you have connected; nothing is configured per connector.
Claude Code
One command registers the server; the tools are then available in every session.
claude mcp add --transport http memtro https://platform.memtro.com/api/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer sk-memtro-..."Cursor
Add the server to .cursor/mcp.json in the project, or to the global file under ~/.cursor/.

"memtro": {

}
}
}
}Claude Desktop
Create a personal API key on Dashboard → Profile → API keys. In Claude Desktop add an MCP server of type HTTP with URL https://platform.memtro.com/api/mcp and the header Authorization: Bearer sk-memtro-…
OpenCode
A remote server in opencode.json.

}
}Any other client
Add an MCP server of type HTTP (Streamable HTTP, stateless) at https://platform.memtro.com/api/mcp with the header Authorization: Bearer sk-memtro-.... Codex, Zed, Windsurf, Cline and the SDKs all take a remote server this way.
Who may use it
The key identifies the person, and the server offers that person the tools they may use everywhere else in Memtro. A shared Pipedrive connection is used by the teams an administrator granted it to, tool by tool, on the Permissions page; a personal connection is used by its owner alone, and its tools that act stay off until the owner allows them. See Teams and permissions and Connectors.
Ask it like this
- › What open deals are in the Negotiation stage and who owns them?
- › Summarise the notes on the Initech deal
- › Which people at Hooli have we spoken to and when was the last activity?
- › What meetings are scheduled this week across the sales team?
Questions
- Is this an official Pipedrive MCP server?
- No. It is Memtro's MCP server with Memtro's Pipedrive connector behind it: the connector reads Pipedrive through its API with the credentials you connect on Dashboard → Connections, and Pipedrive publishes nothing here. The same endpoint carries every other system you connect and Memtro's memory tools.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing on top of Memtro. One price per organisation by its number of users, from $50 a month for up to 10 users after a 7-day free trial, with every connector, the MCP server, jobs and memory included. You bring your own model keys.
- Can it change anything in Pipedrive?
- Only when you ask, and only what it has been granted: create a person or an organisation; change a person's or organisation's name, email, phone, employer or owner; create a deal against a person or organisation; add a lead to the leads inbox; schedule a call, meeting or task; mark an activity done, move it, or hand it to someone else; add a note to a deal, person or organisation; change a deal's stage, value, status, owner, expected close date or title. Every other tool reads, searches or lists. An administrator grants each acting tool by name per team, and a personal connection acts only after its owner allows it.
- Which clients work?
- Any MCP client that speaks Streamable HTTP: Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop, OpenCode, Codex, Zed, Windsurf, Cline and the Anthropic and OpenAI SDKs. There is no local process to run; the server is remote and authenticated with your key.
