Answer billing tickets without opening Stripe
Connect Help Scout and Stripe to one company memory, and a single question reads both.
Most billing tickets are one lookup away from resolved: did the payment go through, when, and for how much. Today that lookup means a second system, a second tab and somebody with access to it.
Questions that need both
Each of these is unanswerable inside either product on its own. Agent mode reads both, resolves the customer to one entity, and ends with a line per system it consulted.
- ›Did the customer in ticket #2450 have a failed payment this week?
- ›Which open tickets belong to customers whose last charge failed?
- ›Was this customer charged twice for the same order?
What each side brings

- Get any object by id
- Balance and recent balance transactions
Who this is for
- SupportAnswer tickets with the whole company behind youSupport teams spend their day switching tabs: the ticket in Help Scout, the customer in the CRM, the order in the warehouse, the invoice in Xero. Memtro reads the ticket and does the switching for them.
- FinanceAsk the ledger questions in plain EnglishXero, Stripe and the warehouse answer through tools that read by default, and Xero can raise a draft invoice or record a payment when you ask and an administrator has granted it. Duplicate charges, aged receivables, revenue by segment: one question, with the figures cited to their source.
- OperationsMonitors and digests that run themselvesJobs are prompts the agent runs on a schedule with the same tools as their owner. Create them in plain language, get the report in a chat, pause or change them in a sentence.
